1. RESERVATIONS
- The reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or a valid credit card as guarantee, according to the terms indicated at the time of booking.
- Any special requests (arrival times, room preferences, etc.) will be accommodated based on availability.
- Minimum stay: 2 nights.
2. PAYMENTS
- Credit cards, debit cards, and cash (within the legal limits) are accepted.
- The balance of the stay must be paid upon check-in according to the terms agreed at the time of booking.
- The city tax (€2 per person per night) is not included in the room rate and must be paid on site.
3. CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
- After this period or in case of no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
4. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (please inform us in advance of any different arrival time).
- Check-out: by 10:30 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out are possible only upon availability and confirmation by the property.
5. HOUSE RULES
All rooms are non-smoking.
Small pets are allowed only upon prior request and confirmation from the property.
Guests are required to respect the peace and quiet of the Dimora and avoid disturbing other guests.
Any damage to furniture or furnishings will be charged.
6. LIABILITY
The property is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in the rooms or common areas.
Guests are advised not to leave valuables unattended.
A safe is available for the storage of valuable items.
7. PRIVACY
Personal data will be processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and used exclusively for managing the reservation and communication with the guest.

7. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of extraordinary circumstances (e.g. natural disasters, health emergencies, or other cases of force majeure), the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty, offering either a refund of the deposit or the option to modify the stay dates.
